Ryan was awesome! He was very attentive to our needs, maybe too much so, I feel sorry for his wife as he seemed to be worked Ng all the time. Spoke with Tony about a year before we intended to buy and greased the skids to find what we ultimately wanted to purchase. Lo and behold, it was like everyone else had the same idea to buy a house at the same time. Tony's expertise and local knowledge of the market as the insaneness it was when we decided to buy was paramount in our being able to secure a home. He patiently worked with us as we dipped our feet in some options that would have ultimately been a down size and helped us find a house that was within 24 hrs of listing that it seemed no one else was expecting that fit what we had imagined for our new home. His understanding of what the market was currently demanding made it so our offer was too good to refuse and we were under contract hours into it being listed. His team that he has amassed is all you would ever need when you buy and everything was beyond smooth. I don't plan on moving in the near future but know I will be advocating for how much Tony was able to make it feel like the market for purchasing a house right now is not bananas. I arrived having already been searching for homes with little success. I ended up getting in contact and working with Ryan Oettinger. His professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. Ryan had an answer for 90% of my questions and would find an answer within minutes for the other 10%. He made himself available for showings and walk throughs at a whim and expertly engaged with us to accommodate a successful search.
